 I believe that positive thinking is a way of life and not merely a set of practices. I believe that the simple philosophy behind the practices can and should be applied to improve our day-to-day happiness and satisfaction. The body affects the mind and the mind also affects the body.  

we need to learn how to balance body and mind with the help of right attitude-building, recreation by knowledge and sharing, and the cultivation of a positive outlook.

 A calm, steady and focused mind is a vital tool to help glide smoothly over the roller coaster of life.  To become healthy and happy is the key to a satisfying life which turns into a big asset for ultimate peace in life.

  • Joy comes through sacrifice, not through competition.
  • cutthroat competition always results in downgraded and inferior choices which turn into a big failure.
  • looking for own capacity and learning attitude will spell success, ultimate satisfaction.
  • It's not important to see yourself at a position in richness, fame,  beauty, status but most importantly how we are feeling about all this in our life.
  •  what our parents feel about the money earned by us?
  • what's the opinion of the children of our achievement?
  • what are friends feeling about our success.?
  • Our society has a dual standard when we have everything they put us on high but when its downfall.
  • particularly we are treated very ignorantly and insulting way.
  • We need to build our lives for our own satisfaction, not for anybody's tag.
  • Life is all about creating your own achievement for oneself.
  •  The way we think, feel for yourself is the key to create a perception for our life.
  • God has created every soul for some contribution and if we fail to deliver it, we become prey of time and destiny.
  • Human potential draws from sincerity, trust, love and care. 
  • Human values create the most powerful contribution.
  • If we think people's acceptance depends on our money, success, name and fame, it is not sure to be continued when we have little.
  • Rather it should be on help, cooperation, love, affection, understanding, care. These human values work for ultimate satisfaction.
