Communication Saga....
All the brilliant ideas in the world are worthless if you dont express them.
Communication doesn't have to happen in the conference rooms.
It can be informal too.
It can be walking around, walking through the premises.
Over a coffee "eyeball to eyeball" communication, direct and informal.
"Bottom trawling " Is going to the bottom of the organization and asking, what's really going on?
The need for effective communication doesn't stop at the office door in fact it extends to the home, to the school, to the market,even to the halls of science , any place where people meet with people. communication is then key. 🔑
We have to master this very basic human skill -the ability to talk and listen to others.
The idea of having a regular forum for ' family 👪 communication' is the best practice.
Be open to other people - above, below and beside.
This way we can add the foundation of effective communication in whatever we wish....

Hello, Dear all Exam is a big day . There is always a excitement for many but some do experience nervousness. Carry strong Mind-set Don't worry just be there with desire and believe in yourself. Exams should be invitable in life as it gives you smartness for performance in a sipulated time . One should always think about how to perform better on the day. Start your day with a big believe and trust that whatever you have done will be usable and applicable today . Don't think much about particulars of any topic. It is always necessary to think broader that you are having enough knowledge and understanding to solve all the questions. Let me try . I will be the best to go through exam . Follow your normal routine on the day of exam. Have the lighter food in small proportion. Just review your whole preparation of that subject. Don't read everything on the day because it is really difficult to read so much one after other . Also stopped reading
