How to Win Over Challenges of Wellness



Concept:-

We  all  are aware that the only thing is wellness. But we do  ignore and don't  understand the power of our health. What miracles it can create for us? how it will help us and benefit  to be most achieving in life? because every success when we measure it has more percentage of our health which determines our attitude for work and also to do the things .So my dear friend working on  health can be the highest priority in today's world .
Once you  have happiness and  if it is devoid of your health it will not really meaningful for you .
So whenever you want to enjoy life , the most important parameter is health and that's why it is called wealth .

Strategy:

 Let us understand how we can make strategy for winning over sickness and illness .Any mind set when put into action is called as strategy .
so what strategy should we apply  for health and wellness . It is really dependent on  availability of resource and time .

Exercise:

Accordingly we can decide either yoga  and pranayama walking for 30 minutes or strength training or gym or jogging or running along with positive sense of Nutrition and rest.
when we talk about any form of exercise or workout it's should focus on how to get more energy and strength day by day  above the current level .
The result  obtained out of it  will motivate us to do more and more. The visibility of results will impact others to look at you with positive intention and thus you can create more inspiration and that's the net worth of your hard efforts .

Nutrition:

 When we talk about nutrition it has to be a  combination of all the food components like carbohydrates proteins fats, vitamins and minerals anything in more proportion may not solve the problem. As the concept of balanced diet is proven for maximizing results of energy and vitality . 

It also works for maintenance and repair of our body but, what about  mind it's  only meditation. unless we don't meditate we can not pace our inner world.when you are putting right nutrition it will match with this outcome and automatically you will succeed day by day,  Inch by Inch in your mission .

Rest:

When we talk about rest this means sound sleep which gives you sense of freshness to start your day in the most dashing and confident way .
you should program you  mind to rest  for this outcome .so that it will automatically ignore stress and anxiety .I want to be  fresh ,want to be relax ,mind want to be energetic. our mind always  wanting to be achiever so put it on task.
Thus it will work towards output of desired level.

Positive Attitude:-

What remain when we are not there so think for a little while that you deserve your own happiness rather than everyone's baggage , expectation and adulations, nothing works when you  are not healthy so put  yourself first and then everyone. Work for your own happiness, joy and satisfaction so that you can work positively  for others felling's.
