Leadership starts.. 

The leaders of today have to establish a real vision  and the sense of values for the organisations they wish to lead. 
They have to communicate and motivate as loud as they can above. 
Today it is the most important to know and understand the diversified cultural change induced never before in society and in the corporate sector and  throughout all walks of life. 
let us understand how we can be more smarter, wider in different ways to include, accommodate ,and complement this change .
The leader needs to think quickly and empathetically towards people and the situation around them. 
In today's world there are steep hierarchies and rigid job description , we -know- best attitude have been great pointers to make certain necessary changes, transformation in the policy and practice of any organisation. 
It should not limit to only HR domain  it has to translate through all around ,within and outside of the company ,thus it becomes a healthy corporate environment .
We have to be very  sensitive, sensible for some great outcomes in an organisation. We have to be very flexible to learn from feedback, mistakes and shortcomings of today for a dynamic  tomorrow.
We can enjoy the customer centric business and  employee centric company both.
I wish this leadership to flow within organisations to reach  the destination of Glory of stewardship 
If we can do this we can reach the level compliance to quality improvement, customer satisfaction, employee involvement and above all  management by objective.
