Exam is really a crucial phase for every child but making it more stressful should be avoided

 As a parent  we should create a very positive program in our children regarding exam just tell them exam is a ladder and this is one of step.

As every  person need to be evaluated in terms of exploring his ability capacity eligibility towards future course of action or career so one of exam is now to go further. 

Exam is a unending scenario for life and  one of them is SSC or  HSC exam is as simple as it is. 

Just preparing yourself with the right attitude for it will change the game .

Right preparation and positive attitude towards exam is the most important thing .

How to get prepare for exam …….

first , all the subjects need to go through understanding by reading writing and listening so that it should register in our mind in more depth 

The detailing of any subject can be possible by all three ways to make it more memorable .

we can do it by writing at least 30 to 40 major questions 10 to 20 short notes and 20 to 30 multiple choice questions like MCQ match the following filling the blanks true/ false .

The competency of knowing the subject will  able to elaborate explain demonstrate and discuss well in exam.It is the key in exam to score best.

Proper nutrition and diet is also very important it is found that Japanese people introduce almonds and walnuts more regularly before 3 months of exam of the child as it is found that walnuts are really very helpful for our brain functioning. 

 We do get lot of stress anxiety 40 tiredness so to overcome it right proportion of Nutrition should be followed like sprouts nuts juices , seasonal fruits at least 2 to 3 servings as a snacks in between three major meals.

 Breakfast lunch and dinner can be followed as in earlier way instead of any major change as it affects metabolism.

Any fancy introduction of new diet or food should be avoided so that it will  not disturbing  stomach and also metabolism will be stable 

 Every child required at least 1000 -1500 calorie more than his regular calories for exam period as while studying we get more tired.

  To bridge this gap we need to introduce more and more calories through healthy choices like nuts and fruits and high protein diet . But it has to be in a lighter proportion and easy to digest .

We cannot afford to disturb stomach during this phase.

 Proper rest is recommended at least eight hours a day it can be at least from 11 to 3 in the morning and two power naps during day is recommended so that we should get good amount of energy and alertness throughout study.

Meditation is also very much helpful for calm peaceful and focus mind.

The key aspect is to help child to handle fatigue ,stress, anxiety and nervousness , excitement well with mentally and physically both .
