Depression means lack of expression , the person who is not able to express his feelings , emotions at the right time with the right person is called as in depression

There are so many reasons for it like loss of near and dear ones lack of performance as per expectations of self and others.
Lack of significance in life or any event or incidence of rejection from our life.
Lack of acceptance and love can also be the reason for depression.
Effects...….

When person is in depression behave as if there is no energy no hope no enthusiasm no initiative to talk to do to move in life

first we should look back and see what I have learnt where I stand now how can I match with the required criteria and 

just take a little step to do something for somebody unconditionally it can be service to underprivileged or aged ones who are looking for some helping hand by contributing we can get the worth similarly we can love laugh with deprive children who are looking for some support guidance and help see the life is so deserving that people make it possible with nothing or so much odd  then how we can limit our self with just one rejection or loss . Thus we learn through this exposure .so do your best and contribute where ever however possible to you.

Love yourself because there are so many people to hate but loving our self will solve  the problem to a greater extent because when we love our self we take care of our self and we are fair enough to forgive our own mistakes and it gives us courage to correct and improve upon life to make it better and better as said no-one is perfect  !
Listen to best music , go to most scenic and natural places where we can talk to our inner self this will really give strength to cope up struggle of inside battle.

Life is beautiful make it more transformational , be a change so that we can lead better Path.

Commit yourself to the bigger and significant cause. where you can apply your knowledge,experience,talents, uniqueness to the benefit of many.

Get yourself involved in commitment of completion of  bigger task for any project so that you will work more and more will get tired physically and mentally and will sleep easily and we'll get up to do your best for another day this is the most easiest way to get movement from low state.

challenge yourself you can handle and manage any situation with patience and positivity.
