  Our health is manifestation of different dimensions in our life.
There are various dimensions of health or wellness most important is emotional dimension really how clearly  we mentioned or  express or  explore our feelings emotions for anything is must if not then it becomes burden for body parts we need to be very quick to resolve issues related with our emotions let it be forgiveness ,forgetfulness or even moving from and switching from involvement ,from any person whom we love. unless we don't resolve the issues related with our emotions feelings we may be easy prey for heart troubles
Most important dimension is environmental dimension for wellness in what environment we live we work its very important do we get proper light ventilation oxygen positive vibrations from the place where we were leave so look into the matter if you are places surrounded with natural beauty, birds rhythm of nature we get very positive vibrations for health and performance at its Max
Social dimension it's very important to be someone and the feeling of belonging for someone or from somebody is very magical and worthy to feel happy and healthy. Socially we require so much attention affection and care so giving and receiving both create sense of well being.

Occupational dimension of health when we work for right cars with right people the most ethical process  and service It act great satisfaction this intern give the feeling of wellness.

Above all the sense of wellness is a product of right nutrition along with adequate sleep and strong positive attitude towards life.

Concept of balanced diet need to follow from local and fresh seasonal sources along with adequate sleep of 8 hours so that our body let's revive and relax for another productivity proper body maintenance and  care can be taken through sound sleep. So don't skip you are sleep at any cost because it adds value to best metabolism of your body which we cannot buy from anywhere and that's sure.
Positive attitude just required you to see how things are helping you benefiting you rather than making you down everywhere around you.
